Always avoid buying a plot from a person who has become insolvent and is in deep crisis. Also don’t buy from the one who is suffering from leprosy or is mentally disturbed.
Any property in possession of a religious organization or a charitable trust is also not good investment option.
You should also avoid the land which has animal bones, ant hills in it.
